Enhanced mood improvement
Natural antidepressant. I read that St. John's wort effectively treats mild to moderate depression, backed by various studies. I decided to try it without high expectations, only to regret not starting sooner. I noticed changes by the second week: improved mood, increased energy, better sleep, and reduced fatigue. However, one must be cautious; St. John's wort can affect drug metabolism, possibly leading to serious side effects. As I avoid medications, this hasn’t affected me, but it's wise for those on medication to consult a specialist or consider different antidepressants. Additionally, it can increase skin sensitivity to UV rays, so caution is necessary during sunny weather.

Improved energy levels
The best St. John's wort I've tested so far! If you suffer from fatigue, low mood, irritability, and longing, don't rush into antidepressants; give this remedy a try first. You need to commit to a course. Don't expect immediate results, as it takes about 2-3 weeks of daily intake for St. John's wort to start working, much like antidepressants do. While I can't say it completely eliminated my negative feelings, it certainly provided me with strength and a will to carry on. Remember, St. John's wort increases photosensitivity, so always use sunscreen on your face, even in winter, to prevent age spots.

Increased happiness reported
Recommended by my psychotherapist. After 14 days of taking one pill each morning, I feel much happier and more energetic; it feels like I've become a normal person, and this effect has been consistent. My psychotherapist recommended these over prescription antidepressants as they can be more effective for mild depression. I’ve been taking them for 10 days without seeing results yet, still feeling low and fatigued, but I remain hopeful for a delayed effect.
